A dry red wine blended from three varietals – Cabernet Sauvignon (45%), Shiraz (33%) and Merlot (22%) – harvested from our Sde Kaleb vineyard which is planted at 900 meters above sea level in the South Hebron Hills.
The wine was aged for 12 months in select French and American oak barrels and was bottled un-filtered.
