This wine is made from 100% Petit Verdot grapes grown in the single vineyard “Sde Kaleb,” located between the 900-meter-high mountain and the Judean Desert, and draws its special flavor from the roots of ancient Israeli wine. The wine is aged for about 12 months in French and American oak barrels and bottled without filtration.
