Dvir Cabernet Sauvignon 2023 is made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from mature vines grown in the single vineyard “Sde Kaleb,” located between the high mountain (900 meters above sea level) and the Judean Desert, drawing its unique flavor from the roots of ancient Israeli wine. This is a rich and velvety wine, whose grapes were harvested manually and selectively, aged in French and American oak barrels for 12 months, and bottled without filtration.
