A bright burgundy-red wine with aromas of dark berries (blackberry and cherry) and black pepper. As it develops in the glass, tobacco and smoke characteristics are added. It is smooth and wonderful, and although it is ready to drink now, it will develop well in the coming years. Dvir Estate Blend 2023 is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (45%) and Shiraz (35%) grapes from a single vineyard located between the high mountains (900 meters above sea level) and the Judean Desert, complemented by Merlot (20%).
