The wine was aged for about 12 months in French oak barrels and was not filtered.
A wine with characteristics of Burgundy, but one that does not negate its Israeli character. A unique wine with aromas of mushrooms and earth and a bitterness that captures the palate.
Dvir Pinot Noir 2023, produced from 100% Pinot Noir grapes from the Sde Kaleb vineyard, located at an altitude of 900 meters, between the high mountain and the Judean Desert, harvested by hand.
The wine was aged in French oak barrels and did not undergo any filtration processes.
