Talpiot Rosé 2025

A hill where all mouths turn   Rosé Talpiot 2025 was produced from 50% Merlot grapes and 50% Petit verdot grown in the Neve vineyard.   The wine has aromas of wild strawberries alongside spring blossoms. On the palate, it offers flavors of berries balanced by refreshing acidity.   As the wine opens up in the mouth, a refined sweetness is revealed, accompanied by refreshing acidity with a very delicate green bitterness.   The intensity is not too high but definitely present, and the finish is medium and crisp.  A very nice balance between a rosé for a meal and a rosé for the beach.   Best served chilled.   The Telpiot series wines are characterized by their deep connection to the land of Israel and their accessibility to a wide audience.
