The winery of the “Lebanon Forest” winery in the 2016 vintage

The Lebanese Forest 2016 was produced from the initial free run (100% free) of Cabernet Sauvignon grapes (100%), grown in a 900-acre vineyard, between the High Mountain and the Judean Desert, and harvested by manual and selective harvest. The wine aged in French and American oak barrels and did not undergo any filtration processes.

Has a lush aroma of intense black berries and Belgian dark chocolate, alongside fresh green pepper, rosemary, violets and lavender blossoms. Every sip of the wine will slowly reveal even more of the layers hidden in it.
